You can get a mortgage with Korean income. The maximum mortgage amount may vary depending on your situation, but it is possible.

If you are a Korean citizen, keep in mind that you will need to pay foreigner acquisition tax.

If you live in Korea and have a job, but are a permanent resident or citizen, you can get a mortgage under the same conditions as those who live in Canada.

For these individuals, the most important thing is their tax filing history!
